WHAT IT IS
A compilation of Federal, State and local entitlement applications and
community resources to facilitate recovery of persons with psychiatric
disabilities. Client stabilization in the community is achieved in less
time, with less stress and at lower cost than traditional referral
methods.
SCOPE
The 2.0b 2007 Version is a compilation of over seventy documents/five
hundred eighty-five pages of applications and community resources drawn
from all sectors of the economy; Federal, State and County government,
Community Mental Health Agencies, for profit and others.
These materials were gathered by the Center over a
period of years in the course of providing basic case management
services for members; adults with severe and persistent mental illness
(SPMI). However, the scope does include applications/resources for
other populations; persons with physical disabilities, substance abusers and
the homeless.
